The Adventures Of Miles And His Flying Back Pack

What if...

You could fly with your back pack. Your back pack could fly.

What adventures you'd have.

If you put Chinese food in your backpack, you'd fly to China.

If you put a rock in your back pack, you'd fly into a Volcano. And not get hurt, of course.

What a back pack that would be.

And if could still have Scooby Doo on it and be cool.

Live from Jazz 88 - TNJT Post-Game Incroachment Party - The Tunes Playlist

Tonight, we are hanging in the Computer Room at KSDS, Jazz 88 Studios. Creative Music, Creative People. Creating.

Before I head home after a night of mostly Totally Killer New Jazz Music, I'm incroaching not only on Miff Mole's Creative Music as is somewhat of a custom, but also incroaching on some kind of multi-media, flash, photoshop, cool looking class happening in the computer room across from the offices of Jazz 88 that Claudia, as of 10-ish-pm, busily slaves over computer, documenting the businesss and art that is Jazz 88. Member Supported Jazz 88!

Excel V3...and I'm done for tonight...and let's see where the playlist leads this week. A Google Search. An iTunes Music Store Link from The New Jazz Thing? Is it the outline for the Jazz story for the week? The musical changes we will improvise on this week?

We've been thinking of stories to tell...

Oh...The Bad Plus are going to be on the show in 2 weeks, May 22, 2003. As Mike said, Right on!!

The New Jazz Thing Live on Jazz 88 Tonight from 6 to 9 pm PT - Membership Party

Join me from 6 to 9 pm PT tonight at Jazz 88, KSDS San Diego, 88.3 FM and Webcast at http://KSDS-FM.org. 3 hours of totally new music and hopefully we'll be celebrating the achievement of the Jazz 88 Membership Campaign goal of $75K. Either that or we will do the trick ourselves!!

A quick scan of the weblog tells the story of the week...a lack of creative time and energy. Which means the music will carry us tonight. And the goal of completing the campaign!

Use the Comment[] box below or send email to VO@TheNewJazzThing.com and tell me what's up with you!!
