Saturday Night Live at TNJT - Wouldn't It Be Cool To Tour Air Force One?!

Late night multitasking: Lazily taking in the 7-39 news, now watching SNL with Bernie Mac. Hoping to get to switching up my main writing and content management platform, Radio Userland, from my old Windows box to this here G4, or at least making some progress. I'm still running RU on my windows box and accessing it over the network from many places...like upstairs right now. It's how I post to this website. Instructions of Switching is where we start and a utility to change numerous hardcoded file names hopefully gets us there. We've started down this path before...let's see how far we get this time.

Air Force One Pavillion at The Reagan LibraryWatching the news, I saw a bit of video about an Air Force One being moved to the Reagan Library. First thought...Wouldn't it be cool to tour an Air Force One?! Us fans of The West Wing have been seeing a lot of it on the show, and it would be totally cool to see what it was really like. The things that must have been discussed on that plane during it's years. And what were the furnishings really like? Anyway, with G4 open, I tracked down web news of the two phase movement which completed today (or yesterday). Which led to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Library, which is where it's going to be displayed and toured. I'll have to use an AF1 tour as the excuse to go to the library I probably wouldn't go out of my way to see unless they had some more middle class attraction...like a cool plane!

Funny, they had a Martin Sheen, West Wing reference in SNL Weekend Update. You go Tina Fey!
