Big Fat MF!! I just accidently deleted from my voicemail the most kick-ass testimonial for switching from the Smooth Jazz Thing to The New Jazz Thing! I was trying to be totally New and transfer something from my phone voicemail to my Audblog when I accidently hit the delete key and couldn't find how to recover it and accidently restarted the session, deleting the message permanently. Then calling Verizion Home and Wireless to see if there was any way in the world to grovel and get some totally cool VMail hacker to recover the message...which ended up being beyond the capabilities of all the various support personnel I cajoled the Verizon support operators to connect me with.
And now I'm going to try it anyway...scaling up in switcher Jeff's honor.
